You acknowledge that I Hear You is for emotional support and listening purposes only, and any advice, suggestions, or feedback provided by the Service is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
4. Confidentiality and Privacy

Conversations with our listeners are confidential, unless there is a legal obligation to disclose information (such as the risk of harm to yourself or others).

5. User Conduct
By using the Service, you agree to:
Engage in respectful, non-abusive communication with our listener.
Not use “I Hear You” for illegal, harmful, or malicious activities.
Not share or transmit offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to “I Hear You” if you engage in any conduct that we deem to be harmful, abusive, or in violation of this Agreement.
6. Service Availability

We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure “I Hear You” is available, but we are not responsible for any disruptions or outages.
